New Monk Res Skill for a team
I think a monk skill that could be used to resurrect an entire team. But at the cost of his/her life. Like, if the monk had 400 life remaining, the dead members would be resurrected with 25%-75% that amount of life. And the existing members could possibly be healed 25%-50% the amount of life sacrificed. But the monk that cast the spell dies, receives twice as much DP and cannot be resurrected for ATLEAST 5-1 minutes depending on the skill level of his Healing/Protection/Divine Favor, whichever category this would go under.

O.o I like this idea, sounds like a better "come-back" res than rebirth.
I would call it "Dwayna's Sacrifice" and place it under Divine Favor, just so it can't be abused by other professions (just like the Forms).

You can also have the 50% failure if not above 1-4 divine favor so they still most likely wouldn't be able to res on say a battery necro or something.

wtf?
Giving them twice as much DP seems like quite a harsh thing, especially if they then can't be ressurected for a few minutes.
Why not just make it have a 50% Failure Chance with Divine Favour of 4 or less? The caster would still die, but if they failed, it wouldn't ressurect anyone.
Plus, if the recharge was something like 30 seconds and the casting time was 3-6 seconds, it wouldn't be very easy to spam.
So something like:
Dwayna's Sacrifice (to borrow the name)
10 e, 4 ct, 30 rchrg
Spell. Sacrifice 100% maximum health. Resurrect all dead party members. They are returned to life with 25...75% Health and 25% Energy. (50% failure chance with Divine Favor 4 or less)

There are already two spells that cover this.
One is a Factions healing prayers spell that heals the party if someone with said enchantment dies. There is also an area res which I think is a core spell.
Anyways, /notsigned because sacs are mostly necro and rit spells, not monk. Plus I hate the double DP and no res clauses. If a skill like this were to be done, it'd have to be a rit spell... but rits have skills that can self res them if they die. So even if this were a monk skill, it'd still be exploitable by mo/rits and rit/mos.
A better skill would be a 25e elite skill that drains all your energy and heals all living party members in the area for about as much as heal party does and rezzes dead ones and brings them back with about 25% life and no energy (or 10% energy).

Wow...talk about overpowered, unless it was 10 second cast with easily interupted and take double damage.
then maybe it wouldn't be.
